Remote Support

Remote Service is a special program that allows us to connect to your computer with your help.  Please note that we cannot connect to your computer if you are not in front of it.  Additionally, some hardware or software firewalls may not allow us to connect.  While generally rare, this has been known to cause problems.

 

Remote Connection Fee: $25 per connection for up to an 1/2 hour session.  Hourly rate applies after initial 1/2 hour we are connected.

In order to use Remote Connect, you must:

  • Be at your computer
  • Have High Speed internet (DSL or Cable Modem)
  • Be on the phone with an UPCC employee
  • Once you click on the link below, you will be charged $25 per connection for up to an 1/2 hour session.  Hourly rate applies after initial 1/2 hour we are connected.
