Entering into our 20th year of service, we’re a full-spectrum IT services company, Managed IT Services Provider, Apple Authorized Service Provider, and Dell & Lenovo authorized business computer resellers. As one of the only Apple Authorized Service Providers east of Raleigh, all our technical staff are Apple certified as authorized Mac and iOS service technicians, ensuring highly-trained staff will complete every Apple repair using only Apple parts. Our founder and President, Ashton James, started University PC Care back in 2006 and is a long-time Greenville resident and proud Pirate and ECU graduate.

University PC Care has six distinct technical service divisions: PC, Mac, iOS, Biz, Net, and Web. We pride ourselves in offering local, independent technical services and products for home and business that you can trust. You can count on always having one of our own technicians perform your work and never an unaccountable 3rd party contractor. For consumer device repairs (personal phones, computers, etc.), we have two locations (Greenville and New Bern) to serve Eastern NC customers. Area businesses and nonprofits are supported through our Business Services division where our business technology pros provide the Onsite, Help Desk, and Network service and support they need.
