The same service will be performed if dropped off within 90 days of pickup. When service performed was a Clean, warranty service recommended by UPCC will be to backup personal files and to reload the operating system. Computer must pass hardware diagnostics before any warranty claim can be processed. Customer is entitled to one free half-hour remote session within the warranty period. Additional time will be charged at normal hourly rate.
Apple guarantees all parts or products used in the service will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of service. This warranty is an express limited warranty. If non-conforming service is provided or a defect arises in a replacement part or product during the ninety (90) day warranty period, at its option, Apple will (1) repair the part or product, using new, used or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) replace the part or product with a new, used or refurbished equivalent part or product, or (3) refund the sums paid to Apple for the service
Do Care Plans include urgent service?
No, urgent service is an extra charge.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Your Care Plan subscriptions will renew automatically depending on the renewal period selected.
How do I change my credit card on file?
If you need to change the credit card used for Care Plan renewal, contact us at 252-558-1280.
Can I cancel my Care Plan at any time?
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled within 30 days of renewal date. Any software provided will be removed at the end of your subscription. We offer no refunds on Care Plans.
