Personal CareDrive Subscription Terms and Conditions
We hate fine print just like you, so we have laid all the details out below in simple, easy to read terms.

Yearly Subscription
- Billed yearly until canceled
- 1 Year commitment from date of signup
- If canceled in the first year, service remains active until the end of 1 year agreement
- No Refunds
Payment Setup
By setting up your credit card payment, you hereby authorize University PC Care, Inc. to automatically charge the credit card on file for monthly or yearly recurring charges for the fees outlined in my original agreement including maintenance renewals.
I understand that I can always request to cancel this authorization on-file by providing a written request via email (2) weeks prior to the effective date of this cancellation. Requesting removal of credit card will not cancel obligation of payment terms.
