As more and more employees begin working from home, and as educators and students are pushed to online classes, it is vital to your continued success to make sure your computer and network infrastructure works – and works well. To this end, we are committed to continuing to serve all business and residential customers as efficiently and quickly as we have for the past 14 years.
With the COVID-19 outbreak in mind, we are taking all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of our employees as well as our customers and their devices. Our store locations clean continuously throughout the day and all customer devices are sanitized at check-in and checkout. We have also implemented safe social distancing measures by designating appropriate waiting areas in our lobby for customer safety.
If you are unable to make it to our store location, we offer free pickup and delivery within Greenville and New Bern as well as continued service via remote appointment and limited on-site appointments. If you make it to one of our store locations but do not want to come inside, give us a call and we can get you checked-in from your vehicle. We always work to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs, so please do not hesitate to give us a call if you require additional accommodations.
Additionally, Apple repairs will continue as regularly scheduled until further notice. While Apple has closed its retail locations nationwide, we remain open and will continue to provide quality service for Apple devices for AppleCare, AppleCare+, limited warranty and out-of-warranty devices.
We understand how critical your devices are to both employees and students alike, so we will remain open for as long as it is safe to do so to make sure everyone’s IT needs are met. We are open at our standard business hours from 9-6 Monday through Friday and 10-2 on Saturday and we are available in-store or by phone at 252-558-1280 during business hours.
