We are pleased to announce our new 90 Day Carefree Repair Warranty. After a repair we want you to feel confident that we resolved the issue. We want you to be carefree and not worry because we are here to help if an issue occurs.
Starting today, all repairs (excluding basic and + services) will come with a 90 Day Warranty. For the first time our basic services (Basic Reload and Clean) will gain a 30 day warranty. Our + services will continue to come with a 1 year warranty.
This 90 Day Carefree Warranty is for in-store, on-site, and remote services.
What if I just had my computer repaired?
Perfectly fine as this new policy is retroactive, meaning if you had your computer repaired within the last 90 days this warranty applies to your repair.
This is just one way we continue to put you, our customer, first.
